Cancellation Policy:
In order for us to give you our undivided attention, and provide the highest quality of care, we at Her Optimal Health are booked to spend one on one time with you. Because of this, we are not compensated if you miss an appointment or cancel last minute. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the original fee. No show fee: 100% of the appointment fee.
Please note:
Her Optimal Health is a clinic specializing in the care of women but occasionally men are present in the clinic. If you would prefer only women being present when you attend the clinic, please speak to your health care practitioner or email heroptimalhealth@gmail.com so that we can guarantee that.
