  • Bailey Grogan, Counsellor/Social Worker, MSW/RSW

Bailey comes to Her Optimal Health with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western University and a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has experience providing mental health services within a variety of areas including inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, and community agencies. Bailey is passionate about supporting women’s mental health across all life stages. Her therapeutic approach draws upon evidenced-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. By incorporating mindfulness strategies into her practice, Bailey aims to provide clients with the tools to increase self-awareness, resiliency, and overall mental wellness. Bailey’s clinical interests include, but are not limited to, working with women experiencing eating disorders, poor self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She is a firm believer that we are the experts of our own lives, bodies, and needs. This is reflected in her trauma-informed and client-centered approach.

  • Alexandria Das, MACP, RP - Registered Psychotherapist

Alexandria is a trauma-informed, evidence-based, and client-centred therapist who approaches healing through the whole person, including mind, body, emotions, and spirit. She integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a more grounded and authentic way of living.

She supports individuals aged 16 and up, with a particular focus on women navigating burnout, chronic stress, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, as well as vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue. Many of the clients Alexandria works with are high-functioning, deeply caring people who hold a lot for others and find themselves emotionally exhausted or disconnected from their own needs. Her style is warm, collaborative, and steady, with gentle humour when it feels supportive.

For those who have been pushing through life on autopilot, constantly showing up for others, or questioning themselves despite working hard, Alexandria offers a space where they do not have to carry everything alone. Stress, emotional exhaustion, and overwhelm are often signs that the nervous system is asking for rest, care, and reconnection.

Her approach is gentle and grounded in empathy and curiosity. Together, clients explore the experiences, patterns, and inner parts that shape their inner world. Therapy focuses on slowing things down, strengthening self-compassion, and building emotional steadiness and clarity.

Healing is not about fixing what is wrong. It is about reconnecting with who you are beneath stress, expectations, and long-standing survival patterns. If you are ready to feel more present, more connected, and more like yourself again, Alexandria would be honoured to walk alongside you.

If you are curious about whether working together might be a good fit, you are welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation to connect.
