Hosted at Her Optimal Health Strathroy… Come run/ walk with us!

Living with mental health challenges is hard but we can come together – virtually – to make a difference. Every dollar raised supports mothers, daughters, and friends through the funding of programs that allow women to take the next step to recovery.

  • Strathroy Women's Rural Resource Centre

    We are beyond excited to announce that thanks to the generosity of the individuals of Strathroy and the surrounding area we collected and are donating 815 items to the Strathroy Women’s Rural Resource Centre!⁠

    Thank you to those who donated and our partners: Damen Optimal Health Team, Starbucks Strathroy, Pharmacy on Metcalfe, Bossons Pharmacy, Skin Sense Spa, Crossings Insurance, East Lambton Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, Strathroy Hospital, and CrossFit Strathroy, who all had boxes in their location to collect donations from their staff, patrons, and friends. ⁠

    ⁠We plan to make this an annual event to help support women in our community. ⁠

    Here at Her Optimal Health we are so pleased to see the community come together to support this wonderful place!
