Physiotherapy is anchored in movement sciences and aims to enhance or restore function of multiple body systems. Physiotherapy integrates critical appraisal of new knowledge with research, education and practice.  We are committed to health, lifestyle and quality of life through a holistic approach incorporating a broad range of physical and physiological therapeutic interventions.

We treat all ages providing health services in many contexts from wellness, health promotion and prevention, acute injuries and rehabilitation, to disability and disease management. Our services are designed to achieve optimal health outcomes and utilize resources efficiently and safely.

Pelvic health physiotherapy is the comprehensive assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor and its role in your health. Pelvic floor dysfunctions can present in many different ways, including pain, weakness, and timing difficulties. Depending on symptoms and goals of each client, it may include an internal assessment with vaginal and or rectal palpation. This can assess the timing, strength, tension, and power of your pelvic floor muscles.
